Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Audi dealership in Solihull.
The hours of work are 40 hours per week between 8:00am to 6:00pm (typically either 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm) Monday to Friday and working a Saturday on a rota basis. Once per month. The basic salary for this position is £25,470 with a monthly bonus earning you up to £30,000 per annum.
This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role And Responsibilities
- Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
- Accurate data inputting of customer details
- Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Improve and drive lead conversions
- Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
- Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
- Adhering to brand standards
- Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
- Self-motivated & target driven
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
