Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa. You will be working 27.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday, 8am - 1pm. You will also be required to work every other Saturday, 8:30am - 1pm.
Excellent Basic Salary with an OTE of up to £21,500 plus benefits

Role And Responsibilities
- Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
- Accurate data inputting of customer details
- Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Improve and drive lead conversions
- Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
- Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
- Adhering to brand standards
- Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
- Self-motivated & target driven
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
