We are currently hiring a Customer Care Representative who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, issues, and providing great advice and support via various communication channels, such as phone, email & live chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and contributing to the company's overall success by providing exceptional support and service.

We are currently hiring a Customer Care Representative who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, issues, and providing great advice and support via various communication channels, such as phone, email & live chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and contributing to the company's overall success by providing exceptional support and service.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring DPA checks are completed before providing information, and document cases accurately.
- Solve problems and conduct investigations.
- Build and maintain thorough product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other regions.
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain quality and productivity KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
