What you'll be doing:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and support the Customer Care team to ensure the delivery of outstanding service.
- Customer-Focused: Handle all post-occupation customer issues, ensuring resolutions meet quality standards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Construction, Technical, Commercial, and Sales teams to uphold NHBC standards, manage claims, maintain compliance and minimise customer care issues.
- Smooth Handover Process: Organise home demonstrations and ensure defect resolution post-completion.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee administration, IT systems, and compliance tracking to maintain a seamless customer journey.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure remedial work meets NHBC warranty and technical standards.
- Complaint Resolution: Own and manage all customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Support Business Goals: Assist other departments in achieving high customer satisfaction ratings
- Experience managing Customer Care teams in the housebuilding industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Great interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent service
