Based at their friendly head office just outside Bury St Edmunds, you'll be the heartbeat of the customer service team, helping us deliver top-notch experiences for our customers.

What's the role all about? As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for everything customer care! You'll juggle tasks like a proanswering calls, emails, and enquiries, coordinating repairs, and making sure customers feel supported every step of the way. You'll work closely with the internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. It's never boring!

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

  • Be the voice of the Customer Care teamhandling calls and emails like a customer care superhero.
  • Keep our systems (and the Head of Customer Care!) up to date with the latest info so everyone's in the loop.
  • Schedule meetings between customers and key team members, ensuring everything is prepped and perfect.
  • Track and monitor repairs to ensure everything is handled efficiently and up to high standards.
  • Work your magic to boost customer satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with the site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to keep things ticking along nicely.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that come your way and keep everyone informed.

  • You've got experience in customer care (bonus points if it's in construction, but not essential).
  • You're a master communicatorboth written and verbaland can keep things running like clockwork.

  • You've got a positive attitude, enjoy working independently, and know how to stay calm under pressure.
