Position Overview

As a Curriculum Manager at Tricentis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational strategy for our software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that enable our customers, partners and internal teams to maximize the value of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and updates.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for clients and internal staff.
  • Develop and manage a curriculum roadmap to align with company goals and industry standards.
  • Design and create engaging training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.
  • Design and create certification programmes aligning with our certification strategy.
  • Implement and oversee training programs, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage and monitor training portfolio to ensure it is up-to-date and well maintained.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
  • Provide support and guidance to trainers and instructors delivering the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role in a software company.
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and technologies.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Learning Data Management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
