• Source high-quality crystals from trusted suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing
• Oversee the cutting and polishing process to ensure the highest level of quality and precision
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and advancements in crystal production techniques
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for working with crystals
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality control
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our services Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mineralogy, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crystal production, with a strong understanding of sourcing, cutting, and polishing techniques
• Extensive knowledge of different types of crystals and their properties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
