Criminal Justice Administrator - Fixed Penalty Support Unit

In this role you will provide a high quality administrative service to customers, internal and external within the Criminal Justice Traffic Department, processing various elements of our camera and ticket enforcement. You will be working within a team and dealing with members of the public. This role is varied in its functionality and ideal for anyone who wishes to complete an administration role.
You will need to have a good standard of education and recent experience of working in an administrative role within a customer service environment together with proven written and verbal communication skills. The ability to use your own initiative and problem solve within a team environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential together with proven time management and organisational skills.
A full driving licence is considered essential as capability to travel across the Force is required in order to undertake assignments in a timely manner and work flexibly.
This is a hybrid role working from Banbury Police Station and home on a rota basis.
