Provide vital administrative assistance to help keep Derbyshire roads safe

As a Process Officer for Derbyshire Constabulary’s Casualty Reduction Enforcement Support Team (CREST), you will provide initial investigation, research and administrative support to the Operations Department, as well as providing excellent customer service to the public, responding to calls and emails.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out the viewing, processing and verifying of safety camera offences
  • The creation of prosecution files for court including the initial investigation, research, retrieval and submission of case file data
  • To identify problems, investigate, record and disseminate information in relation to ongoing cases

The must haves

  • Administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience in recording information with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
