About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Creative Technologist to join our expanding forward thinking Creative Technology Team. You'll be passionate about pushing the boundaries of creativity with technology and bring cutting-edge solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

Innovation

• Exploring and integrating emerging technologies to enhance creative projects.
• Collaborating with Creative, Digital/Content and Project teams to determine realistic opportunities for technological innovation within the creative process.

Prototyping and Development

• Rapidly prototyping and developing interactive experiences that leverage the latest technologies.
• Utilising programming languages and development tools to create proof-of-concept applications and hardware solutions.

Collaboration

• Working closely with creatives to understand project requirements and contribute technical insights.
• Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a seamless integration of creative concepts and technological solutions.

Experiential Solutions

• Enhancing user experiences through the application of interactive technologies, AR/VR, and other immersive mediums.
• Continuously iterating on projects to optimise and refine technological aspects based on user feedback and creative goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in creative technology roles with a portfolio of innovative work.
• Proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A passion for tech exploration and pushing creative boundaries.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with RFID/NFC, Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud, XR tech, and Show Control Systems.
• Working with AI, training models and LLMs.
