How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative ad creative strategies for paid social media campaigns (Meta and TikTok), driving engagement and conversions
  • Elevate team performance by developing and mentoring creative strategists, ensuring exceptional creative output that consistently meets and exceeds client KPIs
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, increasing ROI by refining creative strategies and optimizing ad elements for higher conversions
  • Convert performance metrics into innovative creative strategies that consistently outperform industry benchmarks, pushing the boundaries of traditional advertising to drive measurable results
  • Maximize agency partnerships to deliver consistently on-brand, high-converting ads that meet or exceed performance targets and client expectations
  • Maintain a competitive edge by identifying and applying industry trends and competitor insights to continually innovate and drive best-in-class creative solutions
  • Pitch and present creative strategies with confidence, ensuring buy-in from clients and stakeholders alike

Who You Are

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a creative strategy role, ideally within DTC brand or a performance marketing agency
  • You have proven experience leading teams and mentoring creatives, with the ability to inspire and elevate others’ work
  • You have deep knowledge of paid social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok, with a focus on short-form, performance-driven content
  • You’re a strategic thinker who excels at turning client needs and data into compelling creative campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • You have exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting and pitching ideas to clients and internal teams
  • You are proficient in analyzing creative performance data (Hook rate, CTR, CPA) and optimizing campaigns based on these insights
  • You are highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about staying on top of digital marketing trends
