Role Purpose

As the Content & Creative Marketing Manager, you will own and manage the global content creation schedule, being responsible for brand storytelling and tone of voice across all touchpoints for Scott Dunn. This is inclusive of shaping and building our global brand positioning across all channels and markets, in addition to understanding and anticipating the mindset of our diverse guest base to ensure a cross-channel approach in coming up with creative and innovative content consistent with our brand values. This will require leading by example in thinking content first, and the ability to balance engaging copy and rich content with our KPI’s to enable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy — plan, execute, and deliver compelling, high-quality content across digital, print, video, and social platforms.
  • Manage global content production — oversee a busy content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and timely delivery.
  • Craft impactful storytelling — collaborate with regional marketing leads to create inspiring narratives that showcase the “Why Scott Dunn” brand message.
  • Own tone of voice — be the guardian of brand language, supporting copy quality, training, and consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversee video and creative production — lead the video content strategy, producing visually stunning, high-engagement campaigns.
  • Oversee social media strategy — ensuring content shared across all channels aligns with marketing calendar and is on brand in terms of tone of voice and aesthetics.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced resource such as copywriters, designers and print houses to ensure content is briefed, refined and executed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across campaigns.
  • Drive performance — develop SEO-optimised, audience-first content that boosts reach, engagement, and conversions.


Requirements

Essential

  • 2-3+ years experience in content marketing or a similar creative marketing role
  • Proven success in managing content calendars and overseeing global content production
  • Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience producing video and multimedia content.
  • Ability to define and execute organic media strategies.
  • Passion for travel and a keen eye for industry trends.
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and collaborative, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.


Desirable

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related fields.
  • Experience in luxury travel marketing or working across global markets.

Location

We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith office.
