As a Creative Artworker, You Will

  • Prepare and adapt artwork for print and digital formats like brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in artwork according to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Organize and manage artwork files for easy access and currency.
  • Proofread and check artwork for errors prior to release.
  • Stay updated on design software and industry trends.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas.

You’re Good At

  • Crafting polished, print-ready and digital artwork from deisgn concepts
  • Communicating effectively and contributing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
  • Understanding design principles, typography, layout abnd colour theory
  • Working independentley while also thriving in a team setting
  • Mastering Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Ideally You May Also Have

  • A design qualification along with 2-4 years of experience in a Creative Artworker role
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation software (e.g., After Effects)
  • Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with pre-press and print production processes
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills

You Should Know

  • This role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days a week in the Milton Keynes or Derby office.
  • Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break.
