Do you want to Teach but don't have a relevant teaching Qualification but have experience in a classroom?

Cover Supervisors are essentially unqualified cover teachers who are able to take the responsibility of the full time class teacher if the full-time class teacher is absent.

Our schools within the Stockton are looking for Cover Supervisors to start as soon as possible.

Positions include part time and regular day to day work

Key Cover Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervising and engaging students in their learning

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment

Supporting the educational progress of our students

Have good behaviour management skills to manage the classroom in line with the schools policies.

You won’t need to prepare lesson plans. The class teacher provides the teaching materials and items necessary for the lesson.

Be willing to cover a range of subjects and all age groups if necessary.Requirements:

A passion for education and a desire to inspire students

Flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups

Strong communication and organisational skills

A positive and patient attitude
