We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager who will be responsible for driving Nebius’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will proactively identify, evaluate, and execute high-potential M&A opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong deal-making background, preferably from private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory.
The Corporate Development Associate will assist the team in driving Nebius’s inorganic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A opportunities. Develop detailed financial models, assist in the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation.
The ideal candidates will bring strong deal-making/involvement backgrounds, preferably from private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajections.

The Manager responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain a strong M&A pipeline aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Proactively search for and identify potential acquisition targets across target markets.
- Qualify inbound M&A opportunities and assess strategic fit.
- Conduct market mapping, company profiling, and financial/strategic analysis of prospects.
- Lead the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and investment proposals for decision-making.
- Drive deal execution from sourcing to closing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community, including private equity firms, advisors, and industry contacts.
- Support post-merger integration planning in partnership with relevant teams.
The Associate responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A deals.
- Develop detailed financial models.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange.
- Interact with clients both during the origination and execution of M&A deals.
- Work with the team to conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand industry trends.
We expect you to have:
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions required for the manager role.
- M&A experience in an investment bank or boutique.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Sector experience in AI, technology, software, or related industries.
- Familiarity with the broader European, and US investment ecosystems.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
