What You'll Own
You’ll be the architect of customer-facing content that matters. From regulatory updates to service notifications, your words will guide, reassure, and inform always with precision and purpose.
- Craft clear, engaging copy for both internal and external audiences — including contractual updates, compliance notices, product launches, support guides, newsletters, and more.
- Shape content that enhances the customer journey, ensuring tone, style, and structure are aligned with our brand and audience needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain approvals, refine messaging, and manage the production and distribution of materials.
- Lead communication projects from start to finish — defining scope, setting timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Consult with internal teams to understand their goals and recommend the best communication strategies to achieve them.
- Continuously assess the impact of communications, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and resonate with our audience.
- Maintain accurate records and performance metrics to support team goals and transparency.
- Liaise with external vendors to prepare and deliver high-quality materials.
- Take on additional duties as needed — flexibility is key!
- A degree in Communications or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management capabilities and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
- A collaborative spirit and the confidence to work across teams and levels.
- Natural curiosity and a drive to uncover the best solutions for our customers.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus.
