As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Analyst Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic decision-making for 3S Money. You will provide analytical insights to support client risk committees, optimise sales and customer funnels, monitor employee performance, and deliver actionable revenue analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing

Funnel Performance

  • Track, analyse, and optimise lead-to-customer funnel performance across channels.
  • Identify drop-off points, conversion bottlenecks, and recommend GTM strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve acquisition and retention metrics.

Employee Performance & Commission

  • Develop performance scorecards for commercial and client-facing teams.
  • Analyse productivity, KPIs, and revenue contribution per employee/team.
  • Provide insights to leadership for incentive design and workforce planning.
  • Ensure commission structures are in place, working with accounting to ensure the correct commissions are paid quarterly to employees.

Revenue Analysis

  • Monitor and report on revenue streams by product, client segment, and geography.
  • Conduct variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and benchmarks.
  • Deliver actionable insights to maximize profitability and sustainable growth.

Client Risk Committees

  • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to support risk committee meetings.
  • Assess client portfolio risks, including exposure, transaction behaviours, and compliance trends.
  • Provide recommendations on client-level risk mitigation and commercial strategies.

About You, You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or GTM strategy, preferably within FinTech, Payments, or Banking.
  • Strong command of Excel, BI tools, HubSpot CRM
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to executive committees.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
