Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

What You’ll Do:
- Draft and review contracts: NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, DPAs, and more
- Support contract negotiations and redlining - Maintain our contract management system and track key dates
- Research legal topics like IP, GDPR, and software licensing
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support Teams
- Help improve templates and internal legal workflows
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Interest in software, SaaS, or tech law
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign is a plus
- Real-world experience in software contract management
- Exposure to Software business models and legal operations
- Mentorship from experienced contract and legal professionals
