Equans is looking for a Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Southern Water in Durrington near Worthing, East Sussex, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 with a one hour unpaid break.

What will you deliver?
- Work closely with all teams and contractors within the Southern Water contract to ensure that all relevant documentation is in place to ensure support functions are delivered in a timely and accurate way. In addition to the principal accountabilities must be focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude, with the flexibility and adaptability to be a team member in a changing business environment
- Downloading documentation across various internal systems
- Creating files within SharePoint, Renaming and Uploaded documents into an organised filing system
- Chasing contractors and internal teams to retrieve outstanding Invoices and backup document documentation.
- Liaising with Helpdesk and regional teams to retrieve missing WBS numbers
- Raising, updating, and closing Planon jobs for reactive repairs.
- Order, purchase and process invoices for goods and services in line with company procedures.
- General administrative tasks to supportive the contract support lead.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an FM environment, but not essential
- Computer literate with advanced MS Excel skills essential
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical following processes
- Prior experience of CAFM systems desirable
- Demonstrate good team working ability
- Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
- Good communicator with strong inter-personal skills
