- Maintain site notice boards and QHSE documentation.
- Use CBRE systems for records and reports.
- Manage CAFM system for maintenance records.
- Review subcontractor performance.
- Implement innovations to enhance contract performance.
- Promote CBRE culture.
- Manage attendance, timesheets, and staff records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Handle calls and emails professionally.
- Attend training and meetings to share best practices.
- Participate in monthly contract review meetings.
- Arrange maintenance visits and material deliveries.
- Create monthly customer reports.
- Maximize use of preferred suppliers.
- Keep CBRE systems updated.
- Understand contract scope and services.
- Ensure financial transaction integrity.
- Participate in weekly finance meetings.
- Create and manage POs and invoices.
- Review financial reports and influence results.
- Monitor open orders and debt reports.
- Good English and math skills
- EXCELLENT communicator - both written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
