We are on the lookout for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at our Uddingston HQ. In this role. In this role you will provide crucial administrative support to the team.

The Role

  • Prepare and generate maintenance reports.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage both new and ongoing maintenance contracts.
  • Oversee asset Administration and management.
  • Update client portals with electronic report sheets to ensure all compliance documentation is easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with managers, sub-contractors, engineers and clients throughout the entire maintenance contract lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update internal data systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Monitor financial reports to ensure timely invoicing and billing.
  • Process and manage all credit and re-bill requests.
  • Handle sales invoicing including monthly composite billing.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment ideally within a facilities management or contracts admin setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with a logical approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
