Continuous Improvement Analyst
SeAH Wind
Date: 1 day ago
City: Middlesbrough
Contract type: Full time
Are you ready to be part of the most significant opportunity unfolding right at your doorstep?
Why us? We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry.
SeAH Wind is at the forefront of heavy engineering and large-scale manufacturing for the offshore wind industry. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to help drive operational excellence and innovation across our advanced manufacturing operations.
As a key member of the Continuous Improvement team, you will play a central role in analysing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting Lean and Six Sigma projects that drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, and efficiency. Working within a dynamic heavy engineering environment, you’ll partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to turn data insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
You’ll monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), carry out root cause analysis, and prepare reports that highlight trends and opportunities for process optimisation. By supporting the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen, you’ll help to reduce waste, improve workflow, and strengthen operational control. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will ensure decisions are data-driven and outcomes are sustainable.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, process analysis, and working at the heart of heavy manufacturing operations. You’ll have the chance to contribute directly to projects that shape the future of industrial performance and renewable energy manufacturing.
About You
You have a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in process improvement and industrial operations. You’re confident handling large datasets, performing trend analysis, and using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Minitab, or Excel. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles is an advantage, as is a passion for continuous improvement in high-volume, heavy engineering environments.
You’re analytical, curious, and methodicalable to translate complex data into clear insights that support decision-making and long-term improvement. Above all, you’re motivated to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, innovative, and technically demanding industry.
In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Our aim is to build a workplace that attracts the most talented people and creates an environment that fosters courtesy and mutual respect.
All applications will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expressions, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age. We know that getting this right is crucial for us to live our values: Honest, Passionate and Professional.
Simply put, SeAH Wind value you whoever you are.
