The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has built-in AI features that automate lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.

About the RoleThe Content Marketing Manager will own the creation, delivery, optimisation and tracking of content across all touch points. This includes managing our nurture flows (HubSpot), drafting copy, overseeing content assets, ensuring visual and video content is consistent and on-brand, planning and posting social content, designing social and blog graphics in tools like Canva, and using HubSpot & GA4 analytics to guide content strategy and performance. As we grow, this role could evolve into being our Content Lead.

Key Responsibilities- Content creation & copywriting
- Write copy for email nurture flows, website pages, blog posts, case studies, e-books, landing pages.
- SEO & GEO: Create copy with SEO best practices and optimised for emerging GenAI discovery (GEO), ensuring our content is easy to find and resonates with our audience.
- Draft social media posts (new product features, new partnerships) and adapt content for each channel
- Interview customers in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands to craft compelling case studies and success stories.
- Develop content around strategic integrations and commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on:
- Events, webinars, and sales initiatives.
- Social media strategy with shareable, engaging content.
- Content for repeatable programs (e.g. paid search, LinkedIn).
- Content operations / HubSpot
- Build, maintain and optimise nurture / automated email workflows in HubSpot
- Ensure content calendar is planned, assets are delivered on time
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (events, sales, engineering, customer onboarding) to source content
- Brand / visual consistency:
- Ensure all content (written, video, graphic) adheres to brand guidelines (tone, visual style etc.).
- Produce day-to-day graphics in Canva to support (& liaise with designer for more complex designs such as e-books) to deliver social graphics, images for slide decks, blog feature image etc.
- Oversee video themes / structure to give consistency
- Content asset development & tracking:
- Plan and build new content assets (e.g. ebooks, guides, videos, slide decks) to support our sales and marketing funnel
- Maintain libraries / assets, version control, repurpose - we use Notion extensively
- Use analytics (GA4, HubSpot, email & social metrics) to measure content performance and feed insights back into content planning
- Social media & channel management
- Draft, schedule, monitor social media content
- Ensure themes & campaigns across channels are cohesive
- Growth & strategy (future / evolving)
- Help define and iterate content strategy: what topics, formats, channels to prioritise
- Identify gaps and opportunities in our content efforts
- As the company grows, potentially manage junior content creators / freelancers
- 3-4 years+ experience in B2B content marketing / content operations in a scale-up, B2B agency or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to write clearly for different channels (email, web, social, B2B).
- Experience managing nurture / marketing automation workflows (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Comfortable with analytics: setting up tracking, reading dashboards, making data-led decisions.
- Good visual sense; able to use tools like Canva (or similar) to produce clean graphics; confident overseeing video production.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills; multi-tasker who can juggle many content assets and deadlines.
