About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions, you will work with the Pod Marketing Managers to manage the brand presence of Charterhouse Square. Your role involves creating engaging multimedia content, including graphic designs, videos, and animations, ensuring alignment with the school’s brand story and tone of voice.
You will help deliver projects across multiple channels, demonstrating consistency and high-quality design. The aim is to drive high-quality enquiries to the admissions team, supporting pupil growth across the Pod. Collaborating with the team, you’ll contribute to integrated marketing plans and bring innovative ideas to the sector. Your creativity will engage parents emotionally and showcase Charterhouse Square as an exceptional place to learn.
This is a full-time, 1 year fixed term role. This is a remote based role but you must be based in the UK as some travel to schools will be required.

Who We Are Looking For
- A qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or Visual Communications or relevant work experience
- Previous experience in graphic design video production or related roles
- Previous experience of working in a complex, busy, service-driven culture
- Technical skills including a proficiency in graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut)
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
