We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic production team as a Content Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital space, working on live website projects that make a real impact.

You'll be part of a supportive and experienced team who manage school website projects from sale to launch. Your role will involve carefully uploading and editing content to create high-quality, responsive websites that showcase our clients in the best light.

This is not just a copy-and-paste job – each website is unique. You’ll need to think creatively and logically about how content fits within design layouts, and work collaboratively with project coordinators, designers, and developers to ensure each project meets expectations.

Many of our past team members have progressed into roles such as web design, development, technical support, and marketing – we invest in our people and help them grow.

The Role:

  • Transfer and format content for websites using the Juniper Website platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clearly communicate progress and issues
  • Identify and raise any discrepancies or challenges, offering potential solutions
  • Support with managing ad-hoc work, assigning tasks and quoting content-related requests
  • Help maintain a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, quality, and timeliness across all tasks
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality metrics


About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure during busy periods
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take guidance
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable communication style
  • Confidence and accountability in taking ownership of tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Basic understanding of how content displays across different browsers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
