This role is part of the ISD Excellence and Partner Group’s Commercial Excellence function; a centralized team that provides specialized skills to delivery teams. These include financial management and commercial contract management, supporting project governance and operational excellence across engagements.
This role is adding to the team that manage the financials on multi million dollar transformational programmes. We require someone who can manage the financials of the deal with precision tracking budgets, forecasting, and ensuring financial discipline.

Responsibilities
As a Programme Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Financial Planning And Analysis
- Develop and manage the budget for the entire programmes and provide FP&A support to largescale Programmes.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate financial forecasts, revenue recognition and cost decision support.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Collaborate with the progamme governance team to implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of delivery.
- Prepare regular financial reports, analysis and commentary for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Provide insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Trusted business partner and advisor to the Client Delivery Partner and their Management team.
- Ability to support and drive standardisation of process, automation and to solve complex problems. Drive change in a rapidly evolving , complex environment.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the programme.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure cost-effective execution by the subcontractors.
- Monitor vendor invoices and payments.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Evaluate the financial impact of different delivery strategies and scenarios.
- Work closely with the programme governance team to allocate financial resources efficiently.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet programme goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
- Implement and maintain internal controls related to financial processes.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND experience in project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND experience in project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Financial management experience.
- Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.
- Certification in relevant industry.
- Experience in creating and managing intellectual property (IP).
- Experience in creating publications.
