This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Basic Requirements
- Geographic sweet spot: North America (excluding California), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2)
- Battle-tested operational leadership: 5+ years steering enterprise software initiatives
- Customer-centric background: 3+ years in client-facing roles
- Technical chops: Proven track record in Python development and LLM API integration
- Tool mastery: Hands-on experience with Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or equivalent automation platforms
- Self-driven execution: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact results autonomously
- Track record of successfully navigating complex organizational transformations, particularly M&A integrations
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational systems
- Impressive collection of self-built, scalable automation solutions
