Ready to revolutionize how software companies operate at scale? Welcome to Trilogy's fast-paced world of operational transformation.

We're not your typical enterprise environment. We're the company that turns software acquisitions into streamlined powerhouses through automation, AI integration, and ruthless efficiency. Our secret? We don't just manage complexity—we eliminate it.

As our next Consultant, you'll be at the helm of groundbreaking transformations across our 100+ product portfolio. Picture yourself architecting AI-powered systems that replace traditional enterprise tools, orchestrating seamless post-acquisition transitions, or crafting automations that save thousands of hours. Your weapons of choice? Python, cutting-edge LLM APIs, and state-of-the-art tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP.

This isn't a role for those who hide behind bureaucracy or rely on large teams. It's for technical virtuosos who thrive on autonomous execution and view automation as their superpower. If you're ready to drive massive impact with minimal overhead, you've found your next challenge.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead complex operational transformations that reshape how our acquired companies function
  • Engineer next-gen automation solutions that make traditional enterprise tools obsolete
  • Architect and implement AI-driven workflows that slash operational overhead
  • Drive end-to-end initiatives using battle-tested playbooks and your strategic acumen
  • Showcase your technical prowess through hands-on AI solution design challenges

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Building and managing extensive organizational hierarchies
  • Getting caught in the endless cycle of consensus-building meetings
  • Outsourcing core technical work - you're the architect AND the builder
  • Running day-to-day operations - we're all about transformation and innovation

Consultant Key Responsibilities

  • Customer-centric background: 3+ years in client-facing roles
  • Technical chops: Proven track record in Python development and LLM API integration
  • Tool mastery: Hands-on experience with Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or equivalent automation platforms
