As we gear up for our next stage of growth, we're scouting for experienced, UK civil-licenced Air Traffic Control Instructors to join our consultancy team. Even if you're new to training but have a passion for it, we've got you covered with our on-site training programmes. Help us in honing the skills of the next generation of Air Traffic Controllers.
The Essentials
Your first step to joining Global ATS is submitting your application, complete with a cover letter, CV, and a copy of your ATC licence. Following a meticulous review process, we'll shortlist potential candidates for an initial online conversation. This is succeeded by an in-person interview, where we delve into your aptitude and suitability for the role. If all goes well, we'll extend an official consultancy agreement.

What Are We Looking For?

The Essentials
- Hold an ATCO Licence
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Minimum of one (preferably two or more) of the following ratings: ADI, APS, APP, ACS
- Minimum ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above
- At least 2 years of operational experience in the ratings held
- Previous OJTI experience is preferable
- A licenced, motivated controller enthusiastic about instruction.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all training objectives are met.
- In sync with current legislation and competent according to the Unit Training Plan.
- Passionate about contributing to the continuous improvement of our courses and training materials.
