The Construction Manager role:

• Reporting to the Project Manager you will be a strong leader who can manage a team of engineers, works staff and subcontractors to deliver the project to the highest possible standard of safety and performance. You'll ensure the works are technically compliant with the contract documents and construction issue, specifications and drawings.
• Focussing on Site Establishment you'll monitor the programme and asses potential areas of risk and opportunity on a daily basis covering the design, procurement and construction activities. This will typically be through working with the project planner and the rest of the project team.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• Strong Leadership skills
• Experience delivering multi-million pound building projects
• Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Familiarity with construction software package
