What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide ongoing assurance and support to the business regarding operational conduct
  • Conduct a variety of risk-based monitoring activities such as single and multiple interactions, quality assurance testing, customer journey audits and thematic activity
  • Identify and feedback on good and poor customer outcomes
  • Analyse data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Share best practice and findings within the Conduct Assurance Team

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Ability to work successfully within the Conduct Assurance Team in a regulated environment, applying sound, reliable, risk-based judgement
  • Aptitude to gather information from a number of sources to ensure reviews are conducted with impartiality and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse data to identify trends and recommend process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Time management skills to prioritise and manage own workload

About Us

Working hours

A hybrid role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an expectation of working in the office a minimum of 1 day each week subject to business requirements.
