Compliance Officer at Dorset Police

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for the Estates and Building Services department in Dorset Police. The department are responsible for keeping all the Force’s property maintained, serviced, safe and operational for officers, staff and visitors. This role would suit a motivated and organised individual who would enjoy undertaking a role to support the Compliance & Contractor Coordinator in ensuring that the Force's estate lives up to standards and expectations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their own workload to cover off various compliance tasks, working with the wider department to deliver a working environment the everyone can be proud of. You will meet and work with a variety of officers, staff and external stakeholders, so you need to have great communication skills. The role requires you to work flexibly across the county with a mixture of home, office and onsite working.
