- Experienced Administrator
- Knowledge of Excel – Pivot Tables, V lookups
- Powerpoint knowledge & experience
- Knowledge of CAFM, PM’s, Asset Management, Capital Planning is an advantage.
- Attention to detail & thorough.
- Can work independently once trained with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic business finance is an advantage.
- Confident.
- Calm in a pressured environment.
