About The Role
As a Compliance Administrator at QA Higher Education, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we meet all UKVI Student Visa regulations. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with students and staff to monitor attendance, provide visa guidance, and maintain high standards in compliance processes.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel, are essential.

About The Role
As a Compliance Administrator at QA Higher Education, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring we meet all UKVI Student Visa regulations. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with students and staff to monitor attendance, provide visa guidance, and maintain high standards in compliance processes.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise students and staff on UKVI Student Visa rules and requirements
- Monitor student attendance and engagement, following up as needed
- Support enrolment processes for international students
- Maintain accurate records in line with UKVI and institutional policies
- Collaborate with academic staff to reduce drop-out rates and promote retention
- Collect, organise, and report on student compliance documentation
- Assist with UKVI audits and ensure documentation is up to date
- Deliver awareness sessions to help students understand visa rules
- Work cross-functionally with academic, admissions, finance, and compliance teams
- Experience in UK higher education (desirable)
- Confident use of Excel, Word, and data monitoring tools (essential)
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the Student Visa route and immigration rules (desirable)
- A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification
