Complex Care Support Worker Opportunity in Oxford – £15.45-£17.51 per hour
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Day Shift:8am-8pm
Night Shift:8pm-8am

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone’s life? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist one of our client in Oxford. You’ll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship.
What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
- Encouraging independence and skill-building
- Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
- Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team
- Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
- A friendly, supportive working environment
- Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth
- Regular check-ins and guidance from our Clinical Lead Nurse
- Both online and in-person training provided
- Enhanced DBS check covered by us
