A fast-growing investment platform is seeking a Complaints Specialist to join its customer service team. In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of client complaints, ensuring fair, timely, and regulatory-compliant outcomes. You'll play a key role in protecting client trust and enhancing the firm's commitment to service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints thoroughly, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining detailed records within the company's CRM. You'll identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies. You'll also deliver regular reports on complaint trends and key metrics to senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience handling complaints within financial services
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and complaint handling frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
