Company Estimator - Construction
Our client, a reputable construction company based in Greater Manchester, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Estimator (Senior / Experienced Intermediate) to join their growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing costs and preparing detailed estimates using the Conquest System. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all estimates reflect the project's scope and requirements. Your expertise will guide strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the company's projects. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Familiarity with the Conquest System is essential.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
