We would be delighted to offer the opportunity to join our innovative, dedicated, and supportive team delivering outstanding care within the South East district nursing locality. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with our colleagues across the South locality to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to care delivery.
This opportunity is available to nurses who are ready to take the next step into developing their own community career. In return we will support your progression through a District Nursing career progression framework, including advanced clinical practice and leadership training in this area. You will also receive regular 1:1 support and development and annual appraisal, regular group clinical supervision with your peers, and a comprehensive internal training programme around clinical competencies.
