Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates in the global commodities trading market
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief through to candidate placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the commodities sector
• Work alongside experienced consultants to learn the ropes and develop your skills
• Continually research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to build expertise

What We’re Looking For:

• Drive & Ambition: A competitive, results-driven individual eager to succeed and thrive in a high-performance environment
• Intelligence & Articulation: You will need to be able to quickly absorb complex information and articulate it clearly
• Demonstrable Thirst for Knowledge: You’ll need an ongoing passion to learn about the commodities and trading sectors
• Prior Sales Experience (Nice to Have): Experience in a sales-based role would be beneficial, but it’s not mandatory
• STEM Degree (Nice to Have): A background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is a bonus, but again, not essential
