AVEVA’s Early Careers Recruitment team are actively searching for Commercial Sales Graduates to join our thriving program which starts in September 2025.
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

- Focus on enhancing customer retention by managing and renewing existing contracts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals efficiently and on time, and developing proficiency in sales tools and systems to master sales at scale.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings. Understand the technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
- Learn how we connect our customers with our products and maximize the value they derive from them. You will focus on enhancing customer engagement, driving product adoption, and delivering educational services.
- Delve into the inner workings of our commercial organization helping us to transform whilst we perform. Defining and operationalising our GTM strategy, whilst maximising the potential of our commercial teams
