What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the assisted channel budgets, including forecasting and in-year management of risks and opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with channel and trading stakeholders to understand how various initiatives and operational changes influence performance.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the assisted channel budgets, including forecasting and in-year management of risks and opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with channel and trading stakeholders to understand how various initiatives and operational changes influence performance.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to identify key performance drivers across Consumer Sales channels and uncover opportunities for incremental gains
- Analyse trading performance across channels and use insights to shape forward-looking strategies
- Take accountability for trading performance across all categories within the Retail channel, highlighting risks and opportunities, and working with operations to gather feedback and commercial input
- Lead the channel strategy for incremental revenue, ensuring targets are met across Retail, Webchat, and inbound sales channels
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on and deliver the overall strategy
- Commercially astute with strong numerical skills and the ability to extract insights from channel and commercial data
- Confident in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, with excellent presentation skills
- Experienced in fast-paced, commercially driven environments, ideally with a background in sales
- A natural collaborator who brings people together to achieve shared goals
- Highly organised with strong planning skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Knowledgeable about market dynamics, key product launches, pricing, and promotions to support effective targeting
- Proficient in building and reviewing models using diverse data sets
