Commercial Manager

Due to project growth the position of Commercial Manager has become available to join our successful team, based in Plymouth.

We are working on an infrastructure upgrade programme to support the MODs future requirements in relation to both its warship and submarine programme.

Hybrid working will be available and you must be able to obtain security clearance for this role.

This position has a competitive salary dependent on skills and experience, in addition to a fantastic benefits package including pension contribution matched up to 10%

Role Requirements

• Extensive post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement
• Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
• Practical approach, logical thought process and a methodical way of working
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Extensive experience of setting up and/or operating office management systems
• Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degree
• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through
• Understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs.
