Tasks

The Commercial Management Intern's main tasks are:

• Collaborate with the Global Sales Team, CFO, MRO Event Managers, and the Controlling team to support improvement and further development of a highly complex, multimillion-dollar revenue business case calculation tool
  
  

• Work closely with the CFO, MRO Event Managers, and Controlling teams to design and create new reporting tools for MRO Event and Contract commercial performance, including:
  
• MRO Event Post Job Report
• Contract Performance Report
• Work in Progress Commercial Performance Monitoring Report
  
• Develop and implement a commercial activities management and tracking system for each Landing Gear MRO event, providing the Product Line team with real-time insights and improved operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Head of Product Line to create a KPI monitoring tool for the team
• Support the Head of Product Line with process change implementation initiatives
• Work alongside the Continuous Improvement team on ongoing projects to enhance departmental performance
  
  

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Currently in the second year of a Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related degree at a UK university
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data
• Proficiency in workload management and commercial activities tracking tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and coding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software tools
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for aviation (and of course A380!)
• Office environment, based in Heathrow Area
