Salary: circa: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum DOE

The Team
We’re Intuita – a fast-growing, ambitious data consultancy. We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Lead to help drive growth across our consultancy business. This isn’t your typical sales role– we’re not after a traditional salesperson. We’re looking for someone who can talk the language of data, hold the room in technical conversations with senior stakeholders, and act as a genuine extension of our technical team. You’ll need to strike the right balance between commercial instinct and technical credibility to win trust and showcase how Intuita delivers value.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience working in one or more of the sectors we focus on- financial services, healthcare, life sciences, telecoms, or media, and understand how data can drive change in these industries.
We’ve got offices in Liverpool, Newbury (Berks), and Šibenik (Croatia)– but we’re flexible on location. We work a sensible hybrid model, blending home, office and client time as needed.
The Role
The Commercial Lead is a pivotal role at Intuita, responsible for driving the commercial growth of the consultancy by building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients across the full spectrum of our data services. The Commercial Lead will work to position Intuita as the trusted data partner for businesses, ensuring alignment with client objectives and demonstrating the value of our offerings in Data Excellence, Data Engineering, Data Enablement, and Data Analytics & AI. This role is key in driving revenue growth, developing business opportunities, and positioning Intuita as an industry leader in the data space.
Your Key Responsibilities will broadly cover these areas (– with lots in between! ):
- Driving new business and growing existing accounts across all data service areas
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and present impactful solutions
- Leading the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and expanding relationships
- Building strong partnerships with delivery leads to ensure commercial and delivery alignment
- Instilling commercial behaviours across the consulting team through mentoring and guidance
- Representing Intuita at events, building market presence, and positioning us as a go-to data partner
- Playing an active role in the Extended Management Team to shape business strategy

Qualifications & Experience we’d like to see include:
- Proven experience in a commercial or business development role in the data or tech consultancy space
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations and adapting messaging for different audiences
- Confident working with C-level stakeholders and complex client challenges
- A strategic thinker who can also get stuck into the detail when needed
- A great communicator who’s more about authenticity and credibility than the hard sell
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach that fits with our down-to-earth culture
- An understanding of the data and analytics landscape, and what makes clients tick
