Join Sodexo as a Commercial Finance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in providing financial leadership and supporting a Global Strategic Account.
In this role, you will work closely with senior management teams, enabling you to make impactful decisions, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements.
Working predominantly from home (within the UK) with travel for internal meetings, this is an excellent opportunity to join our established team with Corporate Services.

What you'll do:
- Act as the primary financial support for the Global Strategic Account, aiding site teams and Account Directors in decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process with senior site managers and challenge/support as required.
- Coordinate timely and accurate client invoicing, ensuring proper financial control over cash and costs.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and commentary to support performance improvements across the account.
- Attend client meetings and reviews, offering financial insights and building strong client relationships.
- Deliver clear financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements to reduce administrative burdens and enhance decision-making.
What you bring:
- Degree-level education or equivalent, with an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance, ideally with commercial exposure.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills with the ability to provide clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with finance teams and clients at all levels.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation and managing complex financial processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
