Job Title: Customer & Commercial Analyst

Contract: Fixed term contract for up to 12 months, 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid working - min. 2 days in HQ)

Salary: £30k-£45k depending on experience

About the Role

You will:

  • Own all facets of customer insight analysis and reporting, including providing customer behavioural, engagement, campaign and purchase insights
  • Utilise Bravissimo’s data to give a complete view of customer behaviour
  • Highlight issues, opportunities and make recommendations to drive improvements in commercial performance and customer experience
  • Build and maintain reporting tools to monitor performance
  • Coordinate the cost budget for marketing, supporting the creation of the cost budget and ongoing reporting of actual spend Work closely with GAIN to provide additional customer insights required
  • Review the impact of campaigns and CRM activity on customer behaviour and commercial performance, including identifying key measurement outcomes to define the success of projects
  • Understand Bravissimo's commercial objectives and trading conditions, using these to inform decision making
  • Identify and size the profitability of relevant trading opportunities
  • Support measurement of the incremental impact of our marketing activities, through design and implementation of robust test frameworks.
  • Support the wider Marketing team on various tactical & strategic project initiatives
  • Key stakeholder in delivering personalisation across stores and online
  • Lead the sales budgeting process for UK and US Ecomm

About You

  • Minimum 2 years in Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Excellent Excel and database skills
  • Experience in data manipulation, BI systems
  • Experience of using Faststats an advantage
  • Highly numerate
  • Degree level education in a maths or science subject is desirable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to interpret data to present the story and the ‘so what?’
  • Confident presenter, comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
