What We’re Looking For:

You’ll be on track for (or recently achieved) A levels or a college course within a commercial discipline such as:

  • Business & Management
  • Maths and or Statistics
  • Or another related subject.

Strong passes in Maths and English GCSEs are also an essential.

More importantly, you’ll have:

  • A strong commercial instinct and analytical thinking skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning
  • Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ambition to become a future leader in a growing, purpose-driven company
