About The Role
Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our busy team working within our commercial department.
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston
Hours of Work: Full time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Accountabilities
- Support Senior Commercial Manager and the wider commercial team
- Support operations management team
- Assist in the valuation of works
- Assist in production of Applications for Payment
- Assist production of cost reporting
- Assist collection and collation of data
- Support Subcontract procurement and payment
- Maintain accurate records
- Promote team working environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivots, look ups etc
- Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good administration skills
- Understand the process of raising purchase orders
