The Vacancy
WPS Responsive is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at the Barnsley office. This office-based role will support our social housing project, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide administrative support to the commercial/finance team.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the social housing project.
– Manage and process full Manual/PDA/variable timesheets process weekly.
– Assist in preparing reports, invoices, journals and correspondence.
– Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
– Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with company procedures.
– Assist in providing accurate documentation audit requests.
– Assist in social value events and reports.
Requirements
– Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the housing or construction sector.
– Strong organisational and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including excel.
