Job Title: Cold Rolling Setter

Working Hours

• Shift Pattern: 39 hours per week on a 2-week rotating shift schedule.
• Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2 pm
• Shift 2: Monday - Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm
• Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus 22% shift allowance for night shifts.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment: Set and operate roll-forming equipment, presses, and related machinery.
• Production Efficiency: Meet production targets and report any issues affecting output.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality standards of the produced parts.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate and up-to-date records related to production and quality.
• 5S Standards: Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
