Overview

Coffee Shop Supervisor: £13.30 rising to £13.84 per hour.

Starting salary equivalent of £24,206 rising to £25,188.80 per year, plus overtime.

As a Coffee Shop Supervisor at Dunelm , you’ll see your creative and exciting ideas come to life, whilst ensuring a high standard of beverage and food service is provided to our customers. Our Supervisors are a fundamental part of the leadership team in store. They are truly valued members of the managerial team, trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs. You will also contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, their training and support them throughout each day.
